Only in the first Tim Burton Batman; not in any other sources with which I'm familiar.

No kidding. BD was the biggest victim of all in the Burton/Schumacher swap.

Nope, my friend gave me some chestplates a la Montalban in Wrath Of Khan.

Poor guy. Takes the part knowing Dent becomes Two-face, then gets passed up for Tommy Lee Jones. I think he still got a nice sum for it, and he got to avoid being in Batman Forever, so it's not all bad.

Someone suggested Bruce Willis for Harvey Dent if they ever film "The Dark Knight Returns." Aside from the paycheck, Billy Dee Williams probably considers himself lucky for skipping the Schumacher debacles.

No, Bruce Willis should totally be Batman in the Dark Knight Returns. He has the look.

I saw "Dark Knight 2" or whatever its called at the library in the graphic novel section. Is it worth checking out or should I run screaming?

Depends. Do you like reading things that are good?

No?

Then read it.

Ignore the comments below. "Dark Knight Strikes Again" isn't much like DKR, but it's a heartfelt and very funny tribute to the Silver Age. Just don't expect more DKR, and you'll enjoy it.

Seriously, I can understand why people didn't enjoy DKSA, especially if they were expecting DKR all over again. But I really feel the "bad" comments come from the fact that it's not DKR all over again (which would have been BORING), and the experimental art (which not unreasonably isn't everyone's cup of tea; myself I wonder why everybody has floppy clown feet in Miller's art, now.) It's not Miller's best work, but I enjoy it quite a bit and I honestly think it wouldn't have its terrible reputation if it hadn't been so overhyped/delayed.

Yeah, probably. We'll just agree to disagree and move on, deal?
