Seems to me there's a Hollywood movie waiting to be made about a vigilante-type who builds one of these suits to fight crime. Maybe make one that doesn't suck (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0120207/)? Somebody put this man in touch with Hollywood!!!
Has anything been seen, visuals wise? I know the cast (what I know of it) looks good, as Downey is the best choice to play a guy who keeps ruining his life.

They have already said IronMan would only be CGI for stuff they cant make him do in the suit. (Like they did with Spiderman) So Downey has to actually WEAR the armour too. Very cool.
