Holiday kvetching

thebitterguyFeh. Irritation begins to build. As has been the case for a few months, I'm planning on getting Cynra a copy of the Beauty & the Beast S1 DVD for Valentine's Day. So, last week I order. Turns out, with free shipping, I won't get it until almost March. If I choose a service that'll get it to me by VD, it will cost, and can ya believe this, as much as if I bought it at the stores at cover price.
Well, I think, fuck you Heather, and go to see what Future Shop will have it for. The exact same price, but I can request to pick it up at the store, saving shipping! Yay!
Only... I can't request to pick it up at the store.
Come ON, people! It's like a competition to see who can NOT have me give them money. I'll bet you fucking Wal-Mart wouldn't give me all this hassle.
edit: And, according to the review in the Star today, there are no extras on it. So I'm busting my butt to buy my wife a crappy version of a tv show she liked ten years ago.
