Ah, man. My riding is now represented by an independant.

I guess he was just too red a tory for the Calgary school.

I love the bit about how it was the Ontario caucus idea. Of COURSE it was.

Small government? Probably not. They're more about revenue-neutral changes to government fund-raising (read - taxation) - going towards green taxation. It'd be a serious change to the way government thinks and works, though. Probably smaller military and a different role. We'll see - I didn't go to their convention (instead choosing to attend a more orange one two weeks later), so I'm not sure what has happened with the policy.
