Ravenloft Redux
Aug. 5th, 2006 02:47 pmWotc is producing an updated version of the Castle Ravenloft module. At seven times the size and six times the cost (and hardcover), it's interesting to see.
It looks like a nice Halloween adventure, and it's always exciting to see an update of a classic module. Shame Hickman couldn't work on it.
And it contains new feats, items & prestige classes. Of course.

http://www.al-qadim.com/ and http://www.arabianadventures.org/ are only two of them.

I mean... if the fan stuff is "great", why does there need to be something "official"?

Date: 2006-08-07 02:19 pm (UTC)I do have some of the other AQ boxed sets, and the Sha'ir (sp?) sourcebook and they all look lovely. Do you know if Hairy Tarantula sells the orignal setting sourcebook?

Date: 2006-08-07 02:21 pm (UTC)I had a very happy moment a few years back when I I managed to acquire the entire sourcebox set for AQ at Pandamonium. One of them was actually completely messed up, but it was nice all the same.
