The Big Ad.

Saw it on City this morning. It is a pretty darn big ad.

Reminds me of that Rickards ad. Same tune, right? Man, I could suddenly use a beer.

Wait, I can't drink due to my erratic liver. Never mind.

Brad showed me the Big Ad long ago -- I think it's hundreds of miles beyond the lame "Carmina in Bar" Rickard's ad. Mostly because it's self-aware and self-referential -- Burana has been used as a beer jingle for decades (which is appropriate since it's about luck, love, and lush, though one could perhaps suggest "In Taberna" instead of "Fortuna Imperatrix Mundi" as more germane, were it only as recognizable).

Anyway, the Big Ad is frickin' sweet 'cause it mixes rugby, "people-shapes", and self-reference all together with Burana. I approve. (Also, it is rueful about spending so much money, which is always hilarious.)
