Hoo'd Win? The Animal Kingdom!
Jun. 19th, 2005 10:28 amLadies and gentlemen! Let us now turn our attention to a battle from the natural world, as two of nature's great predators face off in the Hoo'd Win arena!
Now, I ask you a question that has harried men and women through the centuries, stymied great thinkers, and turned philosophers to the bottle! Well, to another bottle.
I ask you now, this! Hoo'd win? A Liger, or a Grizzly bear?
Consider all the facts! Weigh your thoughts carefully! Ponder all the relevant data! Or just guess!
Begin! Now!

In most cases, even tho greatcat is fast and the grizzly would risk a bleedout if he was caught in a bad place, I have to put my money on Grizzly. There are a few reasons for this.
I'd mostly base my guess on the fact that in documented cases where a North american mountain cat is caught by a bear, (i.e. a black bear), dragging it's prey, the cat will run leaving it for the bear. That is kitty smarts no doubt.
