Apr. 14th, 2009 10:42 pmNo, I'm not cool enough to get an invite, but apparently you can start with an openID account, which will let you read and subscribe to accounts, and let you get a sense of the place. if you have an LJ, you've got and OpenID.
It looks like a good implementation of the LJ code, at least. I guess it'll be interesting to see what they do. I wonder if it'll last longer than the other implementations (IJ & GJ, &c, &c)?
And, yes, holy crap, Deadliest Warrior is Hoo'd Win: the TV show.
edit: Oh, MAN. This show is just a big 'ol fighting boner. "The Samurai would blah blah blah!" "A Viking could blah blah blah!" "We shall test the sharpness of a katana on a human body!"

Ohhhh, Chainmail was designed to stop slashing weapons.
It's Team Viking vs Team Samurai.
