I ordered one for Rob, it took three months to arrive; after two and a half months they sent another one, then they both arrived at the same time. Kinda inconsistent.
Yes! It was very much a bad news/good news situation. I ordered one for him for Xmas, an instead of that he got two on his birthday, two months afterwards.
Sounds like it might've been the shipper and not their fault - though I suppose they coulda just screwed up and not shipped originally and then shipped two to make up for it.
Still, 241 is pretty sweet, and a 2 month wait isn't that horrendous; a friend of mine paid for a shirt for me last year at GenCon or Origins and we're still waiting for some resolution. o.O
So, basically, you're complaint that you ordered from them has nothing to do with them, but with your own country's government, and their inefficiency could be applied to any package crossing the border?
And considering PA sent another one, when it seems they had no onus whatsoever, seems to be a rather shining point in their favour.
My complaint is with my entire experience, and it's mitigated by their subsequent actions. Regardless, it was more of a warning: BitterGuy lives in my conuntry, and if he orders such a shirt, he'll probably have a similar experience.

Yes, it's anecdotal, and should be regarded as such. Customs has been bad. The risk is BitterGuy's to take. I'm advising him to keep it in mind.
I just don't understand why you interpreted my comments as an attack on the PA store, and why you got so defensive about it - not so much a "simple question", but a "loaded, defensive reaction". 'sokay, I don't have anything else to say to you.
