So, tonight I have another sleep study (Sleep Study 2: Sleep Harder), only this time with the Darth Vader machine. I've been pretty good about using it, except for last night where I couldn't actually breathe through my nose.

I've been finding that my jaw is sore at night, so hopefully I'm not grinding or clenching my teeth at night while I have it on. I've had some other soreness in the morning, but I'm not sure what that could be from.

Feh. Can I just get the lasers?

I have a jaw clenching and grinding problem. For years I wore a mouthpiece... sexy!

It worked pretty well until I chewed through it.

That is a sort of 'end of lifespan' event for a mouthpiece.
