More Machine than Man Now

So, I picked up my CPAP on wednesday (and am scheduled for a followup sleep study next wednesday. Joy). I've used it for the past two nights using the nost plug head mask.

It's an interesting device, to say the least. The first night I seemed to wake up a couple times, possibly because I needed to adjust my headset (I think there was air leakage). Last night's sleep went much better. I got the headgear adjusted first and just drifted off.

I think I may have been sleeping in an awkward position, as my neck was a little sore when I got up this morning.

I can foresee the device being nothing but a massive pain in the ass for the rest of my life.

My dad has one. I think it actually helps a lot.

Because like, stopping breathing is not good.
