The new AC we got. We bought a cover to protect it for the winter. And it's gone.

Now, since it was a bitch to get ON, I am pretty sure it didn't fall off.

Yeah, been there, didn't like the experience. And in my case, they had to unscrew the cover from the exterior wall of my condo and all, too. :(
