Weird. There's been a real rampage on LJ lately, I've been noticing. Some long time LJer spammed a whole bunch of communities and LJ swooped in, summarily deleting those entries, and spam accounts are a lot quicker to get bumped off.

I have no idea. It was not run by the con but by some fans, and I don't know who was in charge of it to ask.
