Been an interesting weekend.

Friday, travel to

pyat was cancelled due to really, really shitty weather. Which was unfortunate, but we hope to see him before La Nina arrives.

We did get a chance to see DZ & JZ for dinner at Boston Pizza (where you too can get REALLY BAD PIZZA) and then home for a showing of Lock, Stock & Two Smoking Barrells, which goes from neat to really cool when you get to watch it all at once.

Then, we played four player Halo for about 5 hours. It was mostly rocket launcher duels, although we played some standard and a couple big gulch w/ tanks duels. Which were fun. I adore driving a tank.

Saturday it was off to

mr_weasel's for Germania Inferior. It was he, his ex wife,

mindrobber, Peter, and myself. We'd hoped that

nottheterritory would be able to make it, but he was busy iwth some silly 'childbirth' thing.

It was a good game. We returned to the evil temple of evil, where we fought two wights and a couple of evil beasties of other types. It appears we're heading for a great confrontation with evil.

My Ranger has aquired a pair of wolves, who have not proven excessively useful yet. But I now have wolves. I will probably use EBON to come up with names for them.

Got home with a bit of a headache, so I had a liedown before dinner. Afterwards,I stayed up and watched the clocks change.

Today Snra. Bitter & I went to see The Music of Chess with our friend Colleen. Not bad, but that play has a heck of a down ending. However, I probably will get hte soundtrack given teh opportunity.

Tonight it was hot chicken sandwiches and mashed potatoes w/ corn for dindin. Yum.
