Game night last night. We're doing playtesting for Trail of Cthulhu. I played a hobo. Now I will start gathering useful knowledge about hobos, and then my character will die or go crazy.

Got the Bret Hart autobiography from the library this week. Been trying to give it a readthrough, but it's kinda slow going, what with me being sick and all.

Apparently, Canadians will soon be added to the Axis of Evil.

I really need to get in touch with brand_of_amber about that stuff.

I'm curious about something, Justin...what do you think of the Trail of Cthulhu stuff? While horror gaming is not my thing these days, I am fond of the GUMSHOE system and the stuff that Pelgrane Press does.

We've only done Chargen & a half session, and I haven't seen the full document yet, so I can't really say anything about TOC one way or the other.

I know that Ken is a great choice to write it, so I don't doubt it will be a good book.

We did a tidgy bit, me and the Chublet (before said announcement by another one of our group) and CharGen was pretty fast. Not all of the skills directly or easily translated, but that might have been ironed out a bit by now.

Still sad we can't really do anymore, or get to test MCB.
