There are directions somewhere on the 1up network of review sites for extracting the mp3 of "Still Alive" from the game data of the Orange Box.

I don't like your cake icon. I think you'd do better to ironically subvert the meme. You know, maybe a picture that is NOT cake and say something like "delicious and moist."

It just strikes me as one of those gamer lazycool things.

Yes, but my life is constant cake promises with no followup. Not all of us have our own Facebook group, you know.

The facebook group was designed to tease me and poke at my vanity. You have readers -- which are more useful and a better measurement than a silly facebook group. :)

I was going to offer to send you the mp3... I followed the instructions on the interweb and extracted the mp3. But apparently the second video has links to the mp3 on a sharing network.

What I wish is that I knew how to get move the song onto my ancient cellphone as a ringtone. I'm sure that wouldn't get old fast at all.
