As usual, the auto-transcriber made a complete hash of it. The best part, though, is that it transcribed Toronto as "Tranah", which is how most non-Torontonians say that the residents pronounce it anyway.

SpinVox is a bunch of low-wage transcriptionists in India who have help, from a PC app that suggests words they don't understand. Since English is not their first language, they get things wrong a lot
