i dunno what the source is, but this is good news. I'm loving Pushing Daisies. It's got a sense of whimsy about it that I doubted they'd be able to do. It's like Tim Burton popped some E and decided to put on a show in Uncle Henry's barn.

"Pushing Daisies" wilted 21% to 10.3 million viewers for second
episode, but it won its time slot, held steady among viewers ages
18-34 and grew among young women, topping "America's Top Model."

Meanwhile, back at the big box store, "Reaper" came in last in its
time slot, even losing out to "Destilando Amor" on Univision, drawing
a paltry 2.6 million viewers.

I loooove Pushing Daisies.

I'm not surprised about Reaper. I didn't like the pilot, and haven't been bothered to see the rest. It just didn't seem to work.

I watched the first few episodes of Reaper, but missed this weeks. It's kinda funny, sort of, but I could take it or leave it.

Pushing Daisies, I haven't missed yet. I described it as Tim Burton-esque after it premiered. I love the vibrant colo(u)rs.

I'm gonna have to drop Reaper from my TV Bigshot lineup. :(

I had heard (after the premier of both shows) that Reaper was the better of the two shows (Reaper vs Chuck - sounds like an interesting cage match). Maybe they put everything they had into the first episode? Again, not having a TV or cable severely limits my ability to comment, although it's not gonna stop me completely...
