Cleaning up the tags

thebitterguyDoes anyone know how to change LJ's display so it only shows the most frequently used tags? For example, only ones that are used more than five times?
Someone contacted me regarding the tags, saying they weren't able to read them. Admittedly, this person is a little diseased mentally, but I think normal people would like to have a cleaner display too.
