Apparently, the scene with Iron Man and the jets isn't in the movie.

May I offer, to the assembled hordes, SFW. Seriously, that's a cute bit, but fairly irrelevant to the rest of the neat stuff in the trailer.

I think pulled the same trick with ST: Insurrection. In the trailer, there was a scene with the Enterprise fighting two other Star Fleet vessels. Not in the movie, however.

I remember predicting that the museum scene wouldn't actually be in Godzilla; you can usually tell when it's a scene that won't make it, 'cause it's less a plot scene than a scene of representation.

The only exception is the haunting (for nerds) Superman Returns trailer, which made it in its entirety.

Yeah, I'm firmly in the So Fucking What camp on this one. It has repulsor rays. It has the Mark I armor. It has the Iron Monger. That's probably more awesome than any one film can contain anyway, so the jets would be extraneous.
