It's about Friggin' Time!

The link, btw, is to History Bits: The First Collection. Thankfully, Amazon is bereft of actual information, Heather is only slightly less useful, and the official website has sucked been less than useful since the dawn of the interweeb, so we get to speculate en masse.

There's two ways it could be organized, either by theme or season. I'd prefer it by theme (if only so I could get a DVD entitled "History Bites: Greek Style!").

Those guys were always very clever, considering they had to recreate periods from the bronze age to the early 20th century on a Smith n' Smith budget.

I found a copy of the cover on an ebay auction. Yay!

Word from Rick Green himself is that it's the History Bites Mother Britian and History Bites Uncle Sam specials with a selection of favorite episodes from the cast and crew.

I remember the first time I saw the Martha Stewart bit, she was talking about Harpooning a whale herself to make it more personal, I did indeed die laughing and need a resurection spell.

The Martha Stewart bits were some of the best onesl; the sound effects were particularly delightful. I wish the show was still in production, since I would love to see a Hudson Bay/Apprentice bit.
