Glad to be home.
Aug. 26th, 2007 11:23 pmGX '07 is finally over, and YHB is glad to be home.
Woke up this morning unable to breathe, and headed to St. Mike's hospital. Docs kept me under observation for a few hours, and once they figured out that my throat was open enough to eat (by giving me a sandwich) I was discharged, with orders to call the hospital's ENT specialist if it didn't get better.
Thanks to everyone I saw at the Expo who offered sympathy, empathy and support.
Hopefully I can awaken tomorrow with the capacity for speech and, you know, breathing.
