I'm no Celine Dion fan, but even I have to admit that murdering children tops the creation of awful music, always. And torturing and murdering girls also comes in a more horrible than being one of the most successful/well-known politicians in Canadian history.
So probably Homolka/Barnardo and Olsen should top the list, if you're going to make one. Other than that, most people on there aren't bad, just lame, with the exception of Trudeau (whom I quite like) and Morgentaller, who is only on there because the Christian right think abortion is murder (they have no problem with war, of course).
I don't know what Chretien gets it for - I mean, yeah, his gov't was corrupt, but jesus fuck, people - governments are corrupt. This one is, Trudeau's was, Mulroney's was, and if the NDP ever win it, their's will be too.
