I've got this craving for a salad bar salad. I want a salad from the Humber College cafeteria, with lettuce, cheese, olives, Italian dressing and bacon bits.

There's something about the combination of those flavours, especially at the bottom when the lettuce is gone, and the tang of the dressing is mixing with the flavour of the olives and cheese and the bacon that just makes me hungry.

Plus, Roti day was cancelled at work, which fills me with rage.

sounds delicious. when i visited seattle, i ate at this place called zoopa that was basically an all you can eat salad bar, but they also had baked potatoes, several kinds of pasta, and lots of baked goods. oh, and soups. i really wish there was a place like that in iowa.

I'm pretty sure a lot of people say that about a lot of places.

I once went to an italian place in Moncton on my way home from a friend's wedding. The most interesting bit was the fact they had a bread bar, including a grill to toast the bread on and a dozen different spreads. It was rather neat.

Uhm, I am not exactly sure, but you could oh, I don't know, try the grocery store....
