Woke up about half an hour ago with my head full of the smell of vomit and my stomach doing a dance much like... Well, like a particularly bad dance.
I spent fifteen minutes spitting into the toilet as pieces of detritus found their way up. Cynra brought me a tumbler of water and some tissues, and eventually I managed to level out enough to put down some pepto bismoll.
I don't know what did this to me; possibly the dinner roti, possibly something in the water I drank at GM's house.
It's been gassy since my stomach settled, and the back of my throat is burned and, as you can tell, I haven't been able to get back to sleep.

Date: 2007-05-12 03:18 pm (UTC)I used to like toast; can only eat whole wheat toast now, 'cause of the diabetes, and it just doesn't have much taste to it. Other than when one puts jam or jelly on it - oh, right, sugar-free somewhat tasteless jam! *sigh*
Hmm, perhaps a bit of rice with tonight's stir fry? :)
