Man, is it just me, or is GnR just a notch less retro-nostalgia than The Eagles at this point?
In other news, American defense contractors kinda stupid. This is the spy coin thingy from a while back. Apparently, they got special nanotechnology to prevent their poppies from rubbing off. So, apparently nano-tech is shellac. Thank God they didn't get the breast cancer ones, or they'd have thought they were being subjected to biological warfare.

Date: 2007-05-07 06:35 pm (UTC)I don't think I nailed the tone correctly, though, judging by the comments so far. I'm being instructed to calm down and get over it and such, when in reality I think Axl's a spoiled flake whose long-awaited album can't possibly be worth anyone's time. I don't even plan to buy it when it is eventually released. I just thought it'd be fun to be a dick and point out how long it's been.
Maybe I should have added a "P.S. I changed my mind, you can kiss my ass" as Billy the Kid did in Young Guns.
Oh well.

Date: 2007-05-07 07:37 pm (UTC)I think anything can be improved by liberal quotes from Young Guns. In fact, the YoJoe sequence needs a chicken in it, just so you can have someone say "did you see the size of that chicken?"
