thebitterguyDid my dental appointment this morning (which caused me to miss my massage; my priorities are fucked). Then headed down to the FNSLCS for FCBD. There were already a bunch of people in there rampaging through the books, who then left the store.
I mean, really. That's just rude. And speaking of Rude, I got the Nexus book. Interestingly, it was bits of stories meant to evoke the flavour and get the basic concept across. Which is nice, but an actual story might have done that too.
Admittedly, Nexus & Mage are two books that didn't get treated well by the independant collapse of '88, but I've heard they were both good, so picking up the hcs is something I might do one of these days.
Anyway, I did pick up a bunch of FCBD books, for myself and Cynra, as well as the new Runaways and Loners and some World War Hulk stuff.
Amusing how She Hulk isn't crossing over with WWH at all.
Lots of yard work today, as well as some freelancing on my part. Tiring day; fresh air always gets to me.
