Found this site via TOrontoist, this is a BFA thesis by David Kopulos that outlines various uncompleted projects for Toronto. It includes the Spadina Expressway (still looking for how that would have been a bad idea), a Buckminster Fuller designed waterfront Arcology*, some mega-skyscrapers (including one that would have been larger than the CN Tower) and the Eglinton West subway system, which would have gone through but for Mike Harris.

*No, seriously. "Project Toronto... called for a vast Pyramid housing thousands of people"

I'd love if the skyline of Toronto had hundreds of "buckyballs." Nothing like a city full of Fullerines to give it a Paranoia/Logan's Run/City of the Future feel.

IF you don't know why the Spadina Expressway would be a bad idea you don't know anything about Toronto at all! YOu don't understand its neighbourhoods, you don't understand its transit system and you don't understand why it has a living downtown and not a ghetto filled hell.

Great site though.
