thebitterguyFound this site via TOrontoist, this is a BFA thesis by David Kopulos that outlines various uncompleted projects for Toronto. It includes the Spadina Expressway (still looking for how that would have been a bad idea), a Buckminster Fuller designed waterfront Arcology*, some mega-skyscrapers (including one that would have been larger than the CN Tower) and the Eglinton West subway system, which would have gone through but for Mike Harris.
