Cynra has been watching Primeval on Space, because she likes that kind of thing. Anyway, I've noticed that in every single episode so far (of the three they've shown) they manage to sneak a Wilhelm in.

Man, I love Wilhelms.

edit: I don't love three minutes of them, however.

As for Primeval, I gotta say that I'm really enjoying the min-series so far, and it has a lot of potential for stuff. I do keep expecting the Doctor to show up any moment to deal with these time portals, however, and I found the third part a bit too predictable.

Of course, some youngsters in the UK are now turned off swimming in public pools, no doubt! :)

The bit where the beastie did the jump and eat was nice, but it seemed to stocky to be getting around like it did.

I'm glad it's an English show, since they write them short.

Actually, I'm not sure whether stocky is right about this, but I seem to recall from the British series on dinosaurs that covered the aquatic-based ones that the way Primeval handled the mossosaur (or however it's spelled) was pretty accurate. Lots of musculature and all that.

Well, the series is a 6-part mini-series, but it's had a really intriguing plot and all. Now, if only Hex hadn't finished off the way it did, unless that was the plan...
