Hee! That'd require a far greater familiarity with City council than I have.

Although.. I seem to recall last year, Hazel finally surrendered to council's wishes and allowed them to appoint a driver for her after she totaled a street sign in her car. If we knew who sponsored that move, we might be onto something.

I think the driver is more for the protection of the citenzry than Hazel. Remember, she got hit by a truck and bounced back up. She's a titanium endoskeleton surrounded by clone flesh, after all.
