I think the Mad Mad World Gears of War ad was pretty good. And the XB360 ad with the LARP shootout in the train station.

Otherwise, yeah, they're pretty poor on both sides. Wii's "play" ones are good, though.

No, wait, here's a lower place: the PS3 is no longer in demand. I can actually go to the center of Boston and find one. Dozens, even. Wii? Non.

I would, at this point, buy a Wii. There's very little likelihood of me getting a PS3. An Xbox 360 is more likely.

I think the porn thing will hurt Sony further. Again. What did Satayana say?

Yeah, traditionally, whichever format porn chooses is the one that wins out, but HD-DVD still has a hard row to hoe.
