Just to clarify the post of New Year's Day, 11:03 p.m..

It was a small dinner for the two of us, starring a turkey breast. It was not a dinner of a small turkey which, as mr_weasel pointed out, would be a chicken.

Yesterday, I made Ala King w/ the remainder of the first breast (a dish malizsew surely hates with its royal roots) and will probably do stir fry & curry with the remainders.

Yum, yum.

Chicken a la King is good eating. I have no objection to it, especially since the "King" in its name is a surname not a title. On the other hand, I never wear corduroy both for esthetic and political reasons.

They still make corduroy? I haven't touched the fabric since a grade you could count on one hand.
