thebitterguyOkay, so, random speculation on horn-rimmed man, aka Mr. Bennett.
First off: he does not appear to have any sinister motives. Mysterious, yes. He's definitely watching Suresh, both personally and through a proxy, and is aware of Offiver Matt and Nathan Petrelli (and Claire), having interefered with each of them in various ways: having Matt interrogated telepathically by his associate; attempting to abduct Petrelli and have him interrogated; and giving Claire fake bio-parents to meet.
Okay, so, his actions are not necessarily squeaky clean. But he hasn't yet hurt anyone, other than Claire's atempted rapist. It is safe to assume that Dr. Suresh Sr's assassin was, in fact, the mysterious Syler, as it seems Bennet finds the Sureshs more useful alive than dead. On the other hand, pixie girl could be capable of ripping cabs in half with her bare hands.
It's possible that Mr. Bennet could act as a patron for whichever of the Heroes ends up deciding to use their abilites for good (or at least his version of good, which includes abducting people and manipulating their memories). He obviously has resources, and interest, and already has the talents of at least one Hero type charcter (what do they call supers in this setting, anyway?) at his disposal.
Maybe he's the one who sets up Hiro with a Berlitz course and a katana.
In other news, Harry Knowles is a fuckin' pervert.
Come on, someone defend him on that. It's just creepy.

Also, my bet is that they're compiling information on these folks. Grab them, analyze them, mindwipe them and let them go. Chances are good they've already analyzed her.
