Amusing as it may be, the questions are really pretty dumb.

I wonder what I would have had to do to get a 100% score. Probably voted for Kerry. I'll bet if you factor in that I'm a Canuck, it would have come to 112%.

Just tried it out and yes, voting for Kerry pushes you to 100% (I also got 98%).

There's probably a curve to it, too. A 98% in the US would be an, oh, 15% up here.
