Dec. 22nd, 2002 11:21 pmIn case I haven't emphasized the finality, Wizardworld.com is currently DOA. As such, my columnist currently DOA.
It's sad. I really enjoyed it, and now I don't have it no more.
Ah, well. Anyone know of any openings for a gaming columnist out there? I work real cheap. And I've got business cards.

Date: 2002-12-23 12:05 pm (UTC)I'm sorry to hear about the website folding. I can't figure out what the problem is with RPG gaming sites. You'd think there'd be enough folks out there to support such things. I dunno what the deal is.
Re:
Date: 2002-12-23 04:53 pm (UTC)It wasn't an RPG site, anyway. It was just one site among many run by 800america.com, which was probably the last dot com to go under. I think they'd reduced the burn rate to an almost managable amount by the time they went under.
