One of those days

thebitterguyStarted feeling leaky last night, so I downed a reactine before bed and curled up to sleep.
So, naturally, I woke up in the morning and it had blossomed into a full blown cold. Called in (which as a shame as I was scheduled for some training today) and have attempted to recuperate. Plenty of tea, Advil and liquored up jam.
So, the day is spent curled up in front of the fireplace watching DVR'd shows. Caught the Hour from Monday (Strombo did not apologize for The One), watched the last half of Dexter (looks neat, and this is from someone who's had first hand experience with demo team leaders/sociopaths) and now I'm watching the last half of the CSI premiere.
I have also learned that recording shows off of digital video channels takes up a LOT of space. And we also have the Futbal channel and the card game channel. Have yet to see if Card Game channel has Magic tournaments. Mostly poker, some backgammon. I wonder if their Saturday show is strip poker?
Khem cat is cleaning herself. Need to brush her down, as her coat is shedding for winter.
