bradhicks had a post on the Department of Homeland Defense ("Protecting you from Gatorade and toenail cutters since 2001!") and an exercise they had that involved a campaign to collapse the US economy via cyber-terrorism.
The dastardly culprits in this exercise? Hippies.
Oh, man. Granola munchers park themselves at their keyboards, ready to bring civilization to its KNEES! As soon as they can get a can of Red Bull or settle the Marxist/Trotskyite divisions.
I think they'd have had a better chance of developing a cyber-crime response by having a vigourous Netrunner tournament.
