I wish my only concern for this weekend was getting the kinks out of my Savage Worlds game.

I'm not. I'd just rather be planning a SW than juggling the whole Expo.

Man, that's such a great system and I'll probably never get to play it.

Maybe you should treat it as a scenario than an expo. Just arrange for belligerent groups to meet other belligerent groups, and they'll get bogged down in combat!
