It's nice to see cnfirmation of these scenes' existence. I used to have a book-of-the-movie that showed a lot of stuff from behind the scenes and had included scenes like this that didn't make it into the film.
It didn't have the girl, but it had luke talking to Biggs.
Wow.... Luke gets beat up by a girl. Luke whines at his friends who are lucky enough to make out with a girl. Luke whispers "Look how quiet I am!" to Biggs.
