EW's Popwatch" hears from Variety that FF2 will have as the guest star the Silver Sufer. I wonder if that means the big bad (literally) will be Galactus?

It would be good to skip the Dross (Red Ghost & Mole Man), but it might have been nice to see Namor.

Can't have Namor...they already sold the rights. Apparently the script is so good, not even Chris Columbus could fuck it up...which means, of course, it is being rewritten.

I figure the Mole Man's being ignored because people would think it's an Underminer ripoff.

I didn't know Namor had a script. Hopefully it survives re-write. Any idea what they're planning to do with him?

It was written by David Self and from what I've heard sticks close to the character as in the comics; it's part of the reason he has a proper costume in the comics now. Essentially, Namor only fights the bad guy because Atlantis is threatened.

This was kind of a jolt to the suits, in that they were expecting "Aquaman", pretty much.
