Car, car, car, car
Oct. 10th, 2002 10:48 pmInteresting day.
When I got up this morning, we were leasing a CRV. Today, we own a Civic.
We didn't MEAN to, of course. We went in to discuss our options, since we'd jumped the 96000 KM curb and headed west, but we figured "fuck it. New car. Now."
Sieona, our salesperson, was somewhat surprised. I suggested we go over and say hi, and next thing you know, commission.
Anyway, it's smaller than the CRV (duh), has less space, but uses a lot less gas. We were thinking of the hybrid, but decided not to because it's much more expensive, and you don't save that much on gas.
Ah, well. The hybrid WOULD have allowed me to kick my brother in the nuts on Saturday.
BTW: Leasing sucks. On toast. Buy, damn you, buy! You pay a little more, but you OWN A FUCKING CAR.
