Judging by his paycheck? Yes.

I was wondering why he barely rung a bell with me, then I saw "Raw Tag Team" and "Heat" and understood why.

The source of the list of pay is anonymous.

Keller, Meltzer, and Alvarez have all said that they know some of the numbers are accurate and some aren't, but haven't really elaborated, as that would be revealing their sources.
