They missed a big opportunity.

Had they publicized the "Last chance to send a telgram" I bet they could have done brisk business in the final week from nostalgia buffes and people, like me, who would have liked to be able to claim we've sent one telgram in our lives.

Of course, since they were phasing out their telegram service, they probably wouldn't have had enough people to deliver them if they'd done that.
