Final Results
Jan. 23rd, 2006 09:04 pmOkay, current results.
About two thirds of poll respondents are either Canadian, or residents. No one watched that Daily Show episode, or at least no one learned about the elections from them.
Three of you are smartasses.
Over a third of respondents thought the Monarchist League was a political party, while it's actually a bunch of somewhat old people who are fond of the queen. Twenty per cent thought there was a New Republican Party, while half of you thought I was kidding about the Animal Alliance Environment Voters Party of Canada.
Congrats to
tfbretz, the first non-Canuck to correctly identify the real parties. Cargo, you don't count because you're an expat.
Half of you got the number of seperatist parties right, at two, the Block Quebecois and the Western Guys Who Need to Chill.
The correct answer for the final question was five, as most of the Futility Block are lead by women. No one got that because I fucked up the question. Mea Culpa, merry Elexmas.
