You know, to conclude the game, what they should do is have everybody come online, gather them in one town, and then fire a big-ass nuke right into the middle of the town square.

Ten bucks says that this is the first game revived by abandonware folks when server space becomes cheaper than water.
Ending it would be better than just stopping it. When Mage Knight was being phased out, WizKids produced an Apocalypse Dragon figure that (IIRC) was supposed to work into the end of the line, so a climactic storyline would always be nice.
