Just when you think you've seen everything, the world pulls out a surprise.

It looks like Rob Zombie's a better director than Michael Bey: The Island is grabbing 41% on Rotten Tomatoes, while The Devil's Rejects is at 49%.

And both of them are rated higher than The Fantastic Four. Fascinating.

I enjoyed The Island for the eye candy it is (and why haven't any reviews I've read mentioned Logan's Run?). But I couldn't get the Michael Bey song from Team America out of my head.

Actually, there was a Logan's Run mention somewhere, but apparently it's even closer to another '70s SF film.
