Back from Origins

Not too tired. Buttocks very numb. Feeling accomplished, if only because I repaired a bridge previously burned. Was good to see everyone I saw.

Regrets? Not being able to spend a bit more time with, well, everyone. Particulars include adamjury and righteousfist, two hoopy NGO froods, as well as LJ bereft Badass & Wife.

A Note to Ms. Badass: There was a story you'd mentioned once that I wanted to get to hear. Mea Culpa I didn't get to actually ask aboot it.

Anyway. Got some books, got a Dark Pheonix. Now I need someplace to put it.

Tired. Much work left to do. Much recapping of trip down and trip back.

edit: Actually saw elissa_carey. Perhaps TOO often. Seemed to be bumping into her with too much frequency to be truly random. Did not have time to administer Voight Kampf test, or Byrne-Esque biodroid examination.

15-20 cms. A thing of beauty. I've got her and the regular Pheonix, so I'd like to juxtapose them somehow, but that would be work.

I am quite real and quite human. My voice is still hoarse from all the drinking, dancing and yelling done at the con, and eight hours of rest doesn't seem enough to recuperate.

Yeah, from your recap it sounds like you had a good time. After the drive down and the draining Stuff, I was in bed by 11.

Post-Con recuperation is generally to rest 1.5 times as long as you were at the con. This is a scientifically derived guess.
