My ride left without me (thanks a fuckin' LOT, Tony). Overall, I hate work more every day. I so need to be in a geek friendly environment.

She's attending Shore Leave (Sci Fi con) with some of her geekette friends. They're going to leer at a TV actor.

Oh, I know of Shore Leave. Too frightened to ever attend, but I do know of it.

I have many relatives in Maryland. It's unlikely you'd ever get a call from one of them, but it's possible. What was the context?

Not that I recall, although that's not exactly the kind of conversation I'd willingly engage in even if it was coming from my relatives. Especially if it was coming from my relatives.

So, we'll have to leave this as a great mystery of life for now.
