Cat notes

Two birds are hopping around in the backyard. Khem is sitting by the window so still you'd think she was a statue. Ozzy is sitting a foot away, his face pressed against the glass, and his tail snapping from side to side, thumping when it hits the paper shredder.

Ozzy is making a noise that sounds something like chirping, fogging up the glass in front of his face with excitement.

An interesting contrast.

Over the years, I've seen various cats I've had the pleasure to live with, exhibit each of those behaviours. I've read that the chirping thing is supposed to entice them over to the kitty. It does sound a little bird like.
Have you ever thought of getting them one of those bird videos for cats? Hours of entertainment for kitties and owners alike.

When you submit a reply, it automatically gets sent to the person whose post it is; if it's a reply to a comment, it also goes to the author of the reply (if they're a registered user), even if you delete it.

The Bird videos seem like an interesting idea, but I've never actually seen one. Besides, they seem to enjoy watching Firefly.
